We are certified to use the Genos EI assessment, a new and unique second-generation product that has extracted the best components of all first generation EI products. The Genos EI assessment is a simple and elegant workplace-specific 360 assessment that measures emotional intelligence, not personality or other unrelated abilities.
Leaders who are better able to understand and control their emotions achieve greater workplace performance, results and success. Research has shown that approximately 36% of the variance in leadership success appears to be attributed to EI.
When confronted with the added stress and strain of cultural issues during global assignments, an executive’s ability to control and manage his or her emotions becomes even more important. A mastery of emotional intelligence enhances the executive’s ability to manage the cultural challenges rather than respond in an inappropriate manner. And, because different cultures respond differently to emotional displays, the ability to respond in an emotionally appropriate manner becomes an even more valuable asset for the global executive.

Our EI Development Executive Coaching program is a 3-month program that delivers 12 sessions of intensive, one-on-one EI developmental work spanning 3 months. Ideally, Emotional Intelligence coaching is completed prior to an overseas assignment
The program comprises:
The input and feedback from your raters (managers, peers, and/or direct reports) provides us with a powerful opportunity to positively impact your relationships in the workplace. Over time, the weekly sessions help you turn your insights into new ways of perceiving, thinking and behaving that become permanent, practical ways of being that you bring to every interaction with others.
The post-coaching re-assessment gives us an accurate measure of your progress and growth, and is based on real-world observations, by yourself and others, of what you do now that is more effective than what you did before this developmental work. This measurement of growth is especially important for accountability in ‘soft skill’ development, an area usually considered to be very difficult to quantify. After the program, using any metric you choose, you can then judge the value of your investment to you personally, as well as in terms of its contribution to your company’s bottom line.
